CHAPTER 4 Daily Maintenance Preventing nozzle clogging while power is off [SLEEP SET UP]
Tube cleaning interval during sleep mode [TUBE WASH]
Set the interval at which cleaning of the caps and pump tubes is to be performed using the cleaning solu-
tion during sleep mode.
STEPS:
1 Make sure that the printer is in LOCAL mode, and then select [MAINTENANCE] using
the [FUNCTION] key and press the [ENTER] key.
If it is in REMOTE mode, press the [REMOTE] key.
2 Select [SLEEP SET UP] by pressing the [] key five times and press the [ENTER] key.
3 Select [TUBE WASH] by pressing the [] key once and press the [ENTER] key.
4 Input the interval at which interval time is to be performed periodically, using the []
or [] key.
Input range: OFF, 1 to 168
Register the setting by pressing the [ENTER] key.
5 Press the [END] key several times.
The printer returns to LOCAL mode.
The following display will appear if supply of cleaning liquid is required.
